What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem — as long as it’s more than 24 hours before the session, you can reschedule easily. Missed sessions with less notice are not refundable.

Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you can still use any remaining sessions during that time. Your subscription will then end automatically and no further payments will be taken.Payments already made for the current billing period are normally non-refundable.

No — to keep things simple and fair, sessions need to be used within the month.

Yes. We’re happy to arrange a free 15-minute introductory chat before you get started. It’s a chance to discuss your child’s needs, goals and current confidence in maths, and to make sure we match them with the right tutor.The introductory chat is not a teaching session, and there’s no obligation to book afterwards.

Once you’re subscribed, you’ll get access to an online calendar where you can choose available slots that work for you. Just give 24 hours’ notice.
